5 Instagram Pages to Discover

5 Instagram Pages to Discover

Hello!

I hope you have had a brilliant week and your little people haven't worn you out too much!

Today I thought I would share with you 5 of my favourite Instagram pages.  These are the ones I keep going back to time and time again as they are so packed full of helpful information, advice and ideas!

I hope you also find them really useful.

If you haven't already discovered this pair, who have taken the world by storm with their Instagram page and online course for parents of 1-6 year olds, then you need to start catching up with them now!

Big Little Feelings is owned by parent coach and Mum Kristin and child therapist, parent coach and Mum Deena.  They have so much fantastic yet realistic parenting advice and use their Instagram Stories to build great relationships with their audience.  You can just sense their complete love for what they do and I adore their gentle parenting ethos.

'Helping families raise sexually healthy children at every stage'.

Sex Positive Families was launched in 2017 by Melissa Pintor Carnagey a sexuality educator and social worker.

This page has so much brilliant, important advice and information and is one which I keep going back to as it is an area in which I have very little expertise in but aligns so perfectly to  what I believe to be important.  As they say 'Be the kind of home your adult child will enjoy returning to for the holidays as their whole and true self'.

This was my favourite play account when my little girl was tiny but it also contains so many fantastic ideas for older children too.  Emma, a Mum of 4, has such a talent for sharing her play ideas in such an open, honest and non-patronising way.  Be warned though - you will have playroom envy!

We all know that children's Speech and Language is very important but what should they be able to do and when  and how do you support their development?  This is where Raising Little Talkers really helps!

Melissa is a speech pathologist and Mum of 2 and says 'I created Raising Little Talkers to give you actionable strategies that are easy to incorporate into what you're already doing so you can feel confident teaching your baby and toddler to talk'.  I think she has done a great job of achieving this and the page is jam packed with great information and ideas.

Anyone else constantly worry that they are not taking proper care of their child's teeth?  Cleaning a toddlers teeth is far more challenging than I ever expected and I was so happy to find this page with so much useful help and information.  Check out this page for top tips if you are having brushing struggles.

The Primary Steps Blog is written by Victoria Yadav a Child Development and Early Years Expert.  Vicki helps parents of 2-6 years olds use playful and developmentally appropriate techniques to build strong foundations for the future.
